English Grammar Review: Key Units 6-10

In this document, instructions are provided for a review assignment to be completed over two days on Tumblr. In these two days (Tuesday, April 29th and Wednesday, April 30th) you will be

doing a review. In Tumblr you will have to write 5 posts. One per each one of
the Units that we saw during the semester.
Post 1: Unit 6-Travel Hassles
Topic:
Conditionals: Zero, First, Second, Third and Mixed Conditional
Instructions
Write a little summary explaining how to form each conditional and when to
use it. Write an example with each one.
Vocabulary:
Write a list of key vocabulary and expressions of this Unit 6.
Post 2: Unit 7- Minds at Work
Topic:
Subordinating Conjunctions
Instructions:
Write a little summary explaining which are the subordinating conjunctions and
how to use them.
Include a paragraph with at least 5 (used correctly).
Vocabulary:
Write a list of key vocabulary and expressions of Unit 7.
Post 3: Unit 8- Humor
Topic:
Reported Speech
Instructions:
Write a little summary explaining how to form reported speech.
Write 5 sentences in different tenses and report them.
Vocabulary:
Write a list of key vocabulary and expressions of Unit 8, including how to
respond to a joke.
Post 4: Unit 9-What Lies Ahead?
Instructions:
Write a little summary explaining how to form and when to use the Future
Simple, Future in the Past and Future Perfect in the Passive. Write one example
with each.
Vocabulary:
Write a list of key vocabulary and expressions of Unit 9.
Post 5: Unit 10-An Interconnected World
Instructions:
Write a little summary about Phrasal verbs: the ones that are separable, and
non-separable.
Vocabulary:
Write a list of key vocabulary and expressions of Unit 10.
