    Respected Madam,
    I am the monitor of class IX- A of your school on behalf of all class. I want
    to make a request.
    I wish to bring in your kind notice that over hindi and mathematics syllabus
    has not been covered completely. Both the teacher remained on long leave.
    We all are ready to stay back in the school for an hour. We request you to
    arrange extra coaching classes for these two subjects, so that we can prepare
    for our upcoming examinations.
