is because of concerns around sharing their payment information. They dislike having to
enter and re-enter their payment information on every website. They worry that their
privacy will be used and disclose. If online shopping, they fear that they will be deceived,
so they more prefer store shopping. We also used the Innovation Diffusion Theory ( IDT )
to suggest this research question. This theory is able to explore the consumers online
shopping behavior. According to Everett Roger, the innovation diffusion theory want to
explain how, why, and at what rate new idea and technology diffuses through cultures.
The online shopping is an innovative application of information technology and
communication ( ICT ), so it is more interactive than store shopping.
