In conclusion, the different age cohort of female will influence the online shopping

activities. For example, the elderly female is hold less time to online shopping, if compare with
young female. Nowadays, the elderly female is more prefer store shopping than online shopping.
This is because the different perception of them toward online shopping, different characteristics
of buying behavior and different culture of shopping. Then the elderly female also will consider
many problems about the online shopping such as security, needs and wants, payment and other
problem. There are three theories also apply in these research question such as attitude theory,
theory of reasoned action ( TRA ), and innovation diffusion theory ( IDT ). For to investigate the
elderly female toward online shopping in Malaysia, we choose to use the qualitative research
method in this research. So the online shopping is not a best choice for elderly female.
