CRAB CURRY ( NORTH CANARA STYLE )

Prepare Masala with following contents :-

Grated Coconut, Bedagi Mirchi ( one portion ), Green Chilies ( two Portions ), Garlic,
Chincham. Grind nicely.
2. Get good quantity of onions ( Omelet cutting ) & fry it in oil. Fry till it gets
orange colour.
3. Pour Masala (1) in (2) above. Add crab pieces along with Haladi Powder & off
course salt to taste. Control viscosity as per your liking.

Boil slowly.
