1. Student is informed of meeting beforehand and works with teacher/administrator
to brainstorm goals.
2. Meeting begins and time is kept.
3. Student gives a 2-3 minute summary of issues and goals.
4. If parents/guardians attend, they give a 2-3 minute summary of issues that they
see. I see and I dont see
5. Each teacher in attendance gets 1-2 minutes to relay their thoughts. I see
and I dont see
6. The group will spend 5-10 minutes developing the Action Plan, assigning
responsibilities, and agreeing on a date for review.
7. Meeting will adjourn.
