To Whom This May Concern,

I am writing this letter of reference for Bianca Mattia. Bianca and I first
met a year ago at orientation for Pre Student Teaching. As her
instructor for the semester, I was impressed with her professionalism,
enthusiasm, commitment and willingness to ask questions to further
her growth and learning as a beginning teacher.
During her 200 hours at Clinton Valley Elementary, Bianca developed a
positive rapport with her mentor teacher, the first graders in her
classroom as well as her peers during the weekly seminar at Wayne
State University. It was a pleasure to work with Bianca and learn from
her as she shared ideas and inspired those around her.
One would imagine that her desire to learn has only continued and
added to her skills as a full time student teacher in Utica Public Schools
at this time. As Bianca moves on to reach her goals, I have confidence
that she will be a team player and a positive role model for it is
apparent she is eager to teach children and collaborate and learn from
colleagues.
