Abstract. Type up to 500 words in the abstract, Use 12pt Italic Time New Roman for the abstract text
within single-spaced lines and justified alignment. The text may be written in English
(preferred), Portuguese or Spanish. The abstract should accurately reflects the papers
content, including objectives, methodologies and concluding remarks. The corresponding
author (the speaker and the corresponding author should match) must send the abstract to the
Congress secretariat before Feb 15th, 2016, identifying the file with the last name of the
corresponding author followed by the session number (e.g. Gonzalez_S02). Abstracts can only
be accepted on the understanding that they will be presented at the Congress. The author(s) must
pay the registration fee before June 17th,.2016 for the paper to be included in the proceedings of
the congress. Please download the style files for MS-Word and LaTeX from the Congress Web
Site. Final version of the abstract must be translated to Portable Document Format (PDF) before
send it. The maximum file size is 2 MB.
The document must be written within a standard paper size (8 1/2 x 11 inches, or 216 x
279 mm), using a printing box of 165mm x 228mm, centered in the page. Margins for the
printing box are stated as follow: 54 mm at the top and the remaining sides are reduced to zero.
Do not use either footnotes or endnotes.
All submissions will be peer reviewed, according to the criteria of the technical session
coordinator.
