1. Based on my analysis in the situation given to me answer this case I think

applicant 1 because even though Mr Rogelio B Aquino did not pass the CBLE
his familiarity on Customs and Tariff law and he graduated with honor and
he is qualified for the processing and release of the. shipment needed. And
having a three working experience is privilege for his client for he have had
a mind set to mastery in our field.

2.No because as per section 6 of RA 9280. Customs broker profession it

involves the services correspond argument, preparation of customs all important
documents for imports and export declaration of customs duties and taxes and
signing and filing lodging and to be process of import or export entries. Being a
part of Jollibee it is a far away for practicing of being a broker. But his morality for
being a customs broker they need this respect integrity and competent which is
need to imply this concepts in the Jollibee not in the custom broker profession.

3. Yes there is a chance that her licensed may be ended because she may be
committed by the regional trial court for committed the smuggling . even though
she assert not guilty there is an in exculpation in criminal charges. Void that the
seizure or forfeitures proceedings the real meaning of that states the forfeiture
proceedings Is different from a criminal charge and to the Republic Act 9280 states
that PRBCB have the leverage to refuse the registration and revoked licensed those
who have been committed of any act of criminal and virtuous sinfulness.
3 b. if I am Ms Reyes . my weapon would be that I did not knowledge and I am not
aware that the documents are found to be wicked for it solely the importer who
have right to the documents in the country of exportation.

4. Section 27 states that a customs broker shall not change any documents to be
submitted by the importer and its relating in section 6 states that function of being
a customs broker.

5. for me im not against the CMTA but except on the declarant provision. As a
students who studied a Bachelor of Science in Customs Ad. It is very unfair to me
for me as a Vincentian students we work hard to study the law of a being a broker
to compute duties and taxes and a a students we study all 4years of crying and
sacrifice from my profession and work from it. For me I dont want to be an option
we work hard to be a successful . I promise to myself to the lord I will be a future
LCB on coming December.
