Flight Sim World UK Meet – Itinerary

When: Saturday 17th July 2010

Where: The Station, Manchester Airport, Manchester.

Itinerary:

Basics:

We will be meeting at the café Ritazza on the upper floor of The Station at Manchester
Airport between 11:30 and 12 noon BST.

Travel:

The Station combines bus, rail and coach travel into one location. There are regular buses to
the airport from Greater Manchester and beyond, and can be planned using the maps
below, checking with your local bus provider, or by following this link: http://www.traveline-
northwest.co.uk/ .

Trains to the airport can be caught from Manchester Piccadilly, which in turn connects with a
number of other UK rail services.

From there:

When we’ve all met at the café, eaten and gotten aquainted we’ll head downstairs to the
bus terminal where we’ll catch the number 200 bus to the Airport Viewing Park or to Styal
with a small walk to the viewing points at the holding point for runway 23L, depending on
preference at the day and ease of access.

Then really the time is to do with what you will, take some photos, talk to some people, tan
yourself on the grassy banks and have some fun.
