UW-La Crosse Chippewa Divisional Rally Service Marathon

March 7th, 2015

Please join us this Saturday, March 7th for UW-L Circle Ks Service Marathon! The goal of this
event is to complete as many service hours as a club as we can in a single day dedicated to
service and raising funds for the ELIMINATE Project. For every event each member attends,
we will donate a dollar to the ELIMINATE Project.
Here is a list of the available opportunities you may attend as many or as few as you wish.

Coulee Chase
If you have already signed up for this and were contacted by Sarah Costello, you must attend the
Mandatory volunteer meeting: Friday 3/6 at 7:00pm in Mitchell 10
Race/Registration: 7:00am -12:00pm at Myrick Gun Shelter
If you are not signed up to be a volunteer, you are still welcome to join us at the race to cheer on the
runners and their furry running buddies!

Indoor Triathlon

Shifts are from 7:15 am 11:00am & 10:30am 2:00pm
Location: Mitchell Hall

Childrens Museum
There will be two shifts needing 5 volunteer each. More information to come regarding specific times!
We will be helping with face painting, costumes, and more!

Interclub Small service projects and education

Location: Cartwright rm. 257 @ 1:00pm
CKI members from Eau Claire and Stevens Point will be joining us for this event and our District Governor
will be educating us on the ELIMINATE project
We will be making dog treats and dog toys to donate to the Humane Society.
If you have any of the needed items to donate to the Coulee Region Humane Society, please bring them
to the interclub or Wednesdays meeting: (urgent needs on the right side of screen)

Social at Big Als restaurant in La Crosse at 3:00pm

After the interclub, we will walk downtown LAX to eat pizza at Big Als. We will share and split the price
of the pizzas, but it will only be a few dollars per person!
