Dear Sir,

In my opinion, during my time working with her, she is seen as a committed and
responsible manager. She is devoted and put an efforts on any issue arise. She is a helpful
kind of person where she is always guide me without being asked.
However, as a human being, we also have flaw and sometimes are unavoidable. On
certain occasion, Santhini is unable to act rationally and lack of professionalism in her job.
For instance, a job scope that should be divided into three teams was only pointed to one
person (referring to previous issue on Data Integrity for daily reports). This is rather
unfair to the pointed person itself and may lead to unproductivity and inefficiency to the
company. Consequently it will also affect the organization.
