Observations
1. Specific incident you witnessed or the child has told you.
Bouncy has reported once that his mother bit him during an argument and that she was arrested after the police
were called. He has also reported that he has been hit a lot since he was about 8 or 9 years old.
2. Location
School
3. Severity of injuries
Pretty severe, considering that Bouncys mother has bitten him and she has been arrested.
4. Pattern of neglect or abuse
Bouncy does not always show up to classes or on time, and has also locked himself out after period changes.
5. Physical evidence
Possible scar from getting bit, other than that, nothing.
6. Any explanation provided by the child (in the childs own words)
Bouncy has come to me just recently and has expressed that his mother will not allow him to return home. The
guidance counselor called the home, but the phone number is no longer in service. The counselor also called

the mothers place of employment, but she no longer works there and there are no other emergency contacts
for Bouncy.
7. Any other relevant information that would expedite the investigation such as directions to the victims house
(especially in rural areas) or information about potential risks to the investigator.
Not that I am aware of, it seems as it he is left with nothing.
