approved by CPNP.

This has reference to our memorandum dated ,April 17, 2015, requiring all TM

to submit names of respective participants for PODP-TOT to this office. Be reminded

that April 30,2015 will be our last day to comply said requirements.

3. In this connection, submit five (5) participants each RSTU with a minimum
rank of at least PO3 and/or PINSP, (Attn: TM, SFTTS) NLT 3oh day of April 2015.
