300g Rice Thawed

2 eggs
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Chinese Dried Radish or Cooked Ham
1 tbsp Chopped Green Onion
1/4 tsp Ginseng Powder
3 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 tsp Chicken Soup Base Powder
1/2 tsp Salt / White Pepper
1 tsp Soya Sauce
Step:
1.Heat 2 1/2 tbsp oil in pan.
2.Beat 1 egg and pour into pan and fry the egg until turn brown.
3.Add rice, stir well into egg.
4.Add dried radish or ham , green onion and mix
5.Add ginseng powder, soup base, salt, white pepper mix.
6.Add soya sauce stir in, put on plate.
7.Pan fry the last egg, put on top of rice.
