it so chooses before 21.9.2015.
It

is

given

to

understand

to

this

Court

by

learned advocate Mr.Shukla that there is no likelihood

of any progress in the recruitment process whereby
equity may be created in favour of any party. Present
process

of

receiving

the

applications

with

the

testimonials may continue in the meantime.
