Introduction
Bharti group was established in 1983 by Sunil Mittal.
Airtel, is an Indian telecommunications services company
headquartered at New Delhi and operating in 19 other countries.
It operates a GSM network in all countries, providing 2G, 3G, and
4G services depending upon the country of operation.
Airtel is the worlds 4th largest mobile telecommunications
company with over 250 million subscribers.

Objective
To study the relationship of company with its
customers.
To know the importance of the customers.
To study about the operational efficiency of the
company.
To know more about the working of the company.

Research Methodology
PRIMARY DATA:
Discussion with the finance manager regarding the figure of balance sheet.
Collection of information related to the company from other members of the organization.

Findings
Airtel India have more prepaid users.
Airtel is increasing its network in rural areas.
According to a research, more than 50% of people
disliked the image (logo) change.
Airtel launches first 4g service in India on 10th April 2012
in Kolkata.

Recommendations
Company should employ more staff in customer care
department.
Coordination between departments must be improved.
Enhance the service in areas with weak network.

Conclusions
Airtel connections are selling because of good network
coverage.
Good relationship of retailer is being helpful in selling.
Large market coverage and easy availability of coupons.
Customer care number does not connects easily.
