Math Quiz Assessment

quiz. This is a summative assessment to make sure students understand basic math
concepts. The student is to count the amount of an item and will answer verbally or
click on the answer. If the student needs help reading the assessment an instructor
will be provided. The instructor will put the answer in for the student if the student
is unable to do so for him or herself once the student points or verbally states the
answer. The data from this assessment will be used to make sure the students
understand the basic math concepts that are being taught in the lesson. This will
help the teacher decide whether or not to go through to the next lesson.
