6.00 a. m. -7.00 a.m.- Form fours arrive
(Please be there on time or those who are there will be sad because we can't do stuff without
you all, and we will be sad when we see you and you don't want sad people around you.)
Kai Ling Will explain the scoring system and the score sheets.
This is the time to find out whatever you don't know about the day and make sure you
KNOW all the roles that you have to play throughout this day.
E.g. The Ice Breaking Game (for some of you only), Your role in the detective game, your
role during the station game. Prepare a lot of stuff for the day. Mostly, ask questions and lots
and lots of briefings regarding the games.
7.00 a.m.-7.30 a.m. -Registration (Wen Yi and Chang Yuin will be in charge)
We will be inside the prefect room doing prep work while the juniors & WY + CY will be
outside registering the juniors.
7.30 a.m.- 7.45 a.m.- Morning exercise (Li Rong, Fang Zheng and Kim Yong)
Basically butt shaking. Ten of us who are in charge of groups must leave to prep for the
members to form groups.
7.45 a.m.- 8.30 a.m. Formation of groups, Ice Breaking Game
Carmen, Gabriel, Pei Li, Joe Yi, Zhao Yee, Xiu Rong, Chuan Hong, Michelle, Hong Liang &
Carine will be in-charge of one group each.
Formation of groups will be at 10 different places around the school. The groups will be
playing an ice breaking game that requires blindfolding and remembering team members
names.
8.30 a.m.- 8.45 a.m.- Game 1 Briefing
Game 1: Detective game. Sharon, Zhe Yi & Kai Ling will be briefing the game while the rest
of the Form 4s will be getting ready for their respective roles as characters/station masters.
8,45a.m. - 11.45 a.m.- Game 1
Game 1 begins. There will be different characters dying at certain times. Sharon will use the
loud speaker to make a siren noise to notify everyone that a new character has died. Everyone
needs to play their role well and make sure to be alert. Focus on your role. Read the
documents well and ask questions tomorrow (or today).
11.45 a.m.- 12.00 p.m.- Gather for announcements
Gather all prefects at Tapak Perhimpunan. Mini announcements will be made, for example,
ITS TIME FOR LUNCH! or YOU GUYS DID WELL DURING THE DETECTIVE
GAME! Around this time, Form 4s can pass their score sheets to Abby and shell compile all
the marks.
12.00 p.m.- 12.45 p.m.-Lunch
While were all having lunch, some people will be in charge of calculating marks and
compiling each groups performance for laters review. THINK BEFORE YOU WASTE
FOOD.

12.45 p.m.- 1.15 p.m.-Game 2 Briefing

Once again, all juniors are gathered at Tapak Perhimpunan. Time for Game 2: Station games.
Zhe Yi & Kai Ling will be briefing the game while the rest of the Form 4s will be getting
ready for their respective station games. (Props and other stuff)
1.15 p.m.- 4.00 p.m. -Game 2
Station games begin. As usual, record the scores for each group and follow the guidelines.
Have fun with the juniors and enjoy watching them suffer.
4.00 p.m. 4.20 p.m.- Tea break
While the juniors are enjoying their brief tea break, well have to get ready all of the scores of
each team and get ready for some final words and giving out prizes.
4.20 p.m.- 5.00 p.m.- Conclusion of games and prize-giving ceremony
Prizes are given out and short speeches will be given. Then, we wave goodbye to the juniors
as we start cleaning up the mess we made.
