EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT

In consideration of the time, effort and expense CenturyLink Inc. has expended in discussing potential
consulting assignments at Centurylink for Technical Writer engagement, I hereby give CenturyLink Inc.
my exclusive authorization to submit me as a candidate for all (Technical Writing) related assignments
at the above mentioned client and I hereby further agree and covenant that I will not authorize any
other company, individual or other entity or person to submit me as a candidate for such assignment. In
addition, I hereby represent, warrant and confirm to CenturyLink Inc. that I have not, during the last
thirty (30) days, authorized anyone other than CenturyLink Inc. to submit me as a candidate for such
assignment and that I will not authorize anyone other than CenturyLink Inc., to submit me as a
candidate for such assignments for 45 days from the date of this agreement. In making this agreement, I
acknowledge and understand that CenturyLink Inc. will rely on this agreement in making such
submission and I hereby agree that CenturyLink Inc., shall be entitled to so rely on this agreement.
Finally, I understand that this agreement is not an offer of employment to me or a contract of
employment for me by CenturyLink Inc. If I am engaged for any of the above-referenced assignments, it
will be pursuant to a separate written contract to be negotiated and executed by myself and
CenturyLink Inc.
