Strategic Communication in London

June 4-July 3, 2016

Live, explore and study for four weeks in the vibrant, media-rich city of London with the
School of Strategic Communication. Classes and field trips will engage students sense of
adverture to develop cultural understanding of strategic communication important in todays global community. Students will visit multiple strategic communication agencies and
organizations, such as the BBC, InVentiv Health Public Relations, and Weber Shandwick.
Scheduled group trips include day trips to Oxford, Londons Globe Theatre, a movie showing at Hyde Park, and visits to the Museum of Brands, Packaging & Advertising and others.
The program includes three-day weekends so that students have time for independent
travel and exploration. Students may take one or two courses that would serve as electives
for strategic communication majors. Dr. Julie ONeil and Professor Steve Levering will lead
the program.

Includes housing, ground transportation, entrance fees, day trips to Oxford, Globe Theatre,
museum entrance fees, three group meals, and Oyster card to get around London for four
weeks.Does not include tuition, airfare, transportation from airport to housing, and meals.
