JOINT AFFIDAVIT

That being the legal heirs of the deceased owners of the above-described parcel of land we have agreed as we
hereby agree to request the office of the City Assessor, City to issue a new tax declaration over the said property in order
that we could pay due taxes thereon;
That the new tax declaration to be issued by the Office of the City assessor shall be in the names of the registered
owners as written in the ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No.
That we are executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth and correctness of the foregoing statements and
for whatever legal purpose it may best serve.
