    There was a foul play occurred onboard by 2/M Emman Juarez and D/C Charlie Gabio. Other
    equipments are damaged due to their actions.

    This happened 0600 at Yokohama Port, Japan. It end up to brawl fighting due to too much liquor
    and it is triggered by making names to each other. I will be complaining by not following orders
    from me.to resolve this I will inform you so that actions will be applied to them.

    I am confident to complain because this is not the first time it happened onboard the vessel. In
    this case I am really full of their unrespectable acts.
