Addendum #1:

Following revisions have been made under addendum #1 to the plans issued for bid on 01/13/10:

Sheet C.401, C.403:

1. Revised connection of new 2” water service to existing 8” water main with a corporation
stop (connection shown previously with ‘8x6 Tee’). Will not require valve and valve casing.
2. Water meter crock relocated to outside of the property.

Sheet C.402:
1. On ‘Inside Fire meter’ letter item #6 changed from one-inch backflow preventor to six-inch
backflow preventor.
2. Revised backflow preventor model number and size per DCWASA comment.
