This is to remind you regarding the instruction of SMDC last
Construction Coordination Meeting No.
that the Multi-Purpose shall
be completed on or before July 31, 2012. APG Designs already started
last June 04, 2012 unfortunately the multi-purpose area are not yet
ready for turnover.
We have listed below the work items for
completion:
1. Completion of wall facing Road 11 and demolition of zocallo
facing Amenities.
2. Topping, construction of ramp, and tiling at access area going
to amenities.
3. Installation of glass wall facing

5. Roughing-ins for Convenience outlets
