A. nh tnh Bch linh, Cam tho: Soi bt ch phm di knh hin vi vi phng i thch hp, so snh
vi bt Bch linh v Cam tho (mu chun), ch phm phi c cc khi phn nhnh khng u, khng
mu, ha tan trong dung dch cloral hydrat (TT), si nm khng mu hay nu nht, hi cong v phn
nhnh ca Bch linh; cc b si mang tinh th calci oxalat hnh lng tr ca Cam tho.
B. nh tnh ng quy
Phng php sc k lp mng (Ph lc 5.4).
Bn mng: Silica gel GF254, hot ho 110 oC trong 1 gi.
Dung mi khai trin: n-Hexan - ethyl acetat (9 : 1).
Dung dch th: Ly 5 g ch phm tn thnh bt mn, thm 30 ml ether ethylic (TT), lc trn my lc
30 pht, lc. bay hi t nhin dch lc n cn kh. Ha cn trong 1 ml ethanol (TT)
Dung dch i chiu: Ly 0,5 g bt ng quy (mu chun), thm 20 ml ether ethylic (TT), lc trn my
lc 30 pht, lc. bay hi t nhin dch lc n cn kh. Ho cn trong 1 ml ethanol (TT).
Cch tin hnh: Chm ring bit ln bn mng 20 l mi dung dch th v dung dch i chiu. Trin khai
sc k cho n khi dung mi i c khong 12 - 13 cm, ly bn mng ra, kh nhit phng, soi
di n t ngoi, bc sng 366 nm. Trn sc k ca dung dch th phi cho cc vt c cng mu v
gi tr Rf vi cc vt trn sc k ca dung dch i chiu.
C. nh tnh Bch thc
Phng php sc k lp mng (Ph lc 5.4).
Bn mng: Silica gel GF254, hot ho 110 oC trong 1 gi.
Dung mi khai trin: Ethyl acetat - acid acetic - acid formic - nc (10 : 1 : 1 : 1).
Dung dch th: Ly 10 g hon nghin mn, thm 80 ml ethanol (TT), lc siu m 20 pht, lc. C dch
lc trn cch thu n cn kh, ho tan cn trong 20 ml nc, chit bng n- butanol (TT) bo ho nc 3
ln, mi ln 20 ml. Gp cc dch chit butanol, ra bng nc 3 ln, mi ln 15 ml, gn b nc ra. Bc
hi dch chit cn li trn cch thy n cn kh. Ho tan cn trong ethanol (TT).
Dung dch i chiu: Ly 2 g bt th Bch thc (mu chun), thm 20 ml ethanol (TT), lc siu m 20
pht, lc. C dch lc trn cch thu n cn, ho tan cn trong 20 ml nc, chit bng n- butanol (TT)
bo ho nc 3 ln, mi ln 20 ml. Gp cc dch chit butanol, ra bng nc 3 ln, mi ln 15 ml, gn b
nc ra. Bc hi dch chit cn li trn cch thy n cn kh. Ho tan cn trong ethanol (TT).

Cch tin hnh: Chm ring bit ln bn mng 10 l mi dung dch th v dung dch i chiu. Trin khai
sc k cho n khi dung mi i c khong 12 - 13 cm, ly bn mng ra, kh nhit phng, phun
dung dch vanilin 1% trong acid sulfuric (TT). Sy bn mng 110 oC cho n khi cc vt xut hin. Trn
sc k ca dung dch th phi cho vt c cng mu v gi tr R f vi cc vt trn sc k ca dung
dch i chiu.
