DIET RULES:
If there is no quantity mentioned you may eat as
much as you like in moderation.
Drink minimum of 2 liters of water everyday. No sodas
or sweetened juices. Just drink plain water every time.
No serving sizes for salad and vegetables.
Almonds and Green apple is the only approved
snack.
Alcohol in any form is not allowed on this diet.
