    Ive come to believe that a leader is


    anyone who holds her or himself
    accountable for finding potential in
    people and processes (p. 185).

    Self-Doubt
    Once we
    are intent on
    controlling
    something,
    we feel
    afraid when
    we meet
    with
    resistance.

    By holding on, we destroy what we


    hope to preserve; by letting go, we
