What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this course?

My instructor was in his mid-fifties, which proved to


us that we could snowboard for most of our lives. He
encouraged us to keep it up, as well as keeping active
generally.

How has learning about and applying lifelong wellness concepts impacted
your life (home, school, work, etc.)?

It has inspired me to stay active, and raise my future


kids in an active home.

Discuss specific lifelong wellness concepts learned in this course and how you
are going to implement them in your life?

Balance and flexibility are things that rapidly


degenerate as you age, that can help decrease
chances of injury. Exercising, and specifically working
on balance and flexibility can improve health, and
decrease chances of injury.

General ideas for improving this course?

I felt like this course was very well laid out, and
professionally executed.
