Quadrant, located at 10801 and 10635 Clayton Road, 1400 S. Spoede Road and 1396 S. Spoede Road, St. Louis, Missouri 63131. The facility consists of 86 Assisted Living beds, and 14 Independent Living beds to be converted to Assisted Living beds in future (Area 2). In addition, thirty-two (32) Villas are located along Clayton Road, the center and west portion of the site (Area 1 and 3), The facility will be offered on a monthly rental basis. The facility will have a combination of studios, one, and two bedroom units. Many times these residents have raised their family in a particular community, and would like to stay in such places where they have had wonderful experiences. This allows them to stay engaged with religious organization and the Community This is very true for the residents in Frontenac and the surrounding communities. These communities are closely knit with a strong following. Their residents tend to be very loyal to their local community and are reluctant to relocate to another area. The close proximity of retail, universities, and healthcare make this a desirable location for residents to continue to interact with the community. Based on these factors, the applicant believes that the community to be served will be people aged 55 and over who reside within the communities surrounding this location who are in need of an assisted living community.
