Dear Mr. Hanns,

On 20th March 2019, we placed an order of H20 and foam fire extinguisher.

I am dissatisfied with your product because one of the H20 fire extinguisher is
broken and the 3 foam fire extinguisher is not functioning well when we tested it.
The other problem is the delayed delivery of the product for almost 5 days.

You know that we used your products for almost ten years and this is the first time
that it happens. And I hereby to request that you replace the items that we are
complaining.

Please notify me within 3 days to confirm that you will honor my request. I will not
going to file the complaint to our company if you resolve the problem within the
time period I have indicated. Thank you for your anticipated assistance in resolving
my problem.
