February 22, 2016 ‘To Whom It May Concern: Thighly recommend Jennifer Burk as a candidate for a teaching position. Jennifer has worked with my children, Emma (11) and Maggie (8), as a tutor over the last two years. While still a student herself, Jennifer took time out of her busy schedule to meet us at the library after school. She assisted my children with homework, questions, and studying for upcoming tests, On many occasions, Jennifer picked the children up from school at dismissal and worked them at home to get homework completed. As a working mother, there is always a push for time. Jennifer's willingness to help my children after school is a blessing to our family Some would say the expectations I set for my children are high. Emma and Maggie respond very well to Jennifer and they are willing to work hard for her. When homework gets tough, she is patient and works with the kids until they understand the concept.
