I have recently ordered a 300m of fiber ropes (item #1569873) from your website
last February 20, 2016 I received the order last March 1, 2016. Unfortunately, when
I opened it I saw that some parts of the rope were closed to breaking, not arrange
prepared properly and it was cut every 20m or 30m. My order number is
ZI16498634.
To resolve the problem, I would like you to change the product that I have ordered
into a new and fixed one and it should be cut in every 100m not between 20m-30m.
I would like you also to pay my expenses on returning your product to your
company
