Vegetable Lumpia
10 pcs lumpia wrapper
1 large carrot
4 large sweet potato
kilo toge or monggo bean sprouts
2 large onions
4 cloves garlic
kilo ground pork
1 pork cube (seasoning)
tsp salt
Wash toge thoroughly and remove all green skin of the bean sprouts then set aside. Slice
the carrots and sweet potato into strips. Mince the onion and garlic. Saute garlic and
onion in a hot pan. When the garlic is a little bit brown, put in the ground pork and sweet
potato then stir for 2 minutes. Stir in the carrot, salt and pork cube. Cook for 5 minutes
then set aside.
Place lumpia wrapper on plate, scoop 2 to 3 tbsp of vegetable filling on wrapper then roll
carefully. After filling all lumpia wrappers, deep fry each lumpia in a separate pan with
oil. Remove lumpia when it is already golden brown. Makes 10 pieces.

Vegetable Okoy
1 cup flour
1 egg (beaten)
1 carrot (sliced into strips)
1 sayote (sliced into strips)
kilo calabasa (sliced into strips)
1 onion (minced)
1 tsp salt
Mix everything together. With a big spoon, place 2 tbsp of mixture into hot pan with oil
and fry each side until golden brown. Makes 10 pieces.
