Dear Prospective Intern Supervisor,
This is a letter of recommendation for Lindsay Sarich, a candidate for your child life
internship. | have known Lindsay for the past 4 months.
Lindsay has taken on a number of roles in her internship experience that
demonstrates both reliability and commitment. This internship requires Lindsay to be
able to work with a range of children and siblings while family members were being
seen in our clinic and in our inpatient care unit. Lindsay demonstrates very good skills
with children who are often anxious or oppositional.
Our program at Shriners Hospitals for Children requires flexibility and the ability to.
adapt to change quickly. Lindsay has shown this ability many times in adjusting to the
children’s ages and abilities from week to week. Lindsay is organized and effective.
Lindsay is a great team player. She gets along well with others.
She possesses great interpersonal skills. Lindsay is patient and introspective. She has a
passion for helping others. She is not afraid to try new things and learn from her
‘experience. I have enjoyed watching Lindsay interact with children. We have been
fortunate to have her Shriners Hospital. . She is a natural!
| strongly endorse Lindsay with no reservations for your internship program!
Sincerely,
Maur, a Qi —
