FEAP 5 Continuous Professional Improvement
The effective educator consistently:
Summary:
As a teacher it is important to not just set goals for our students but for us as
teachers. The artifacts provided demonstrate how I set out goal for me to
improve as a teacher and how I came up with those goals. This included
consulting with my peers on lesson plans and using students data when
creating my lesson plans. This helped me to implement teaching strategies
that we specific to my students so that they could reach their maximum
learning potential. The artifacts include reflection from lessons that I gave in
the classroom. In those reflections I examined how I can improve my
instruction so that I can be a better educator to my students.
