Charlotte and a strong desire to gain an|
understanding of how it aligns with your
experiences, beliefs, attitudes and actions. I look
forward to see this continue to deepen next year a5
you continue to take the initiative to contribute
these thoughts to others in order to test and refine
them. It is great to hear that crucial shifts have
occurred throughout the course, now fully able to
see the value of thinking critically, activating the
‘head’ as you connect with your passion ‘heart’ and
then commit to putting your thoughts into action
(hands). This process 1 know will support desire to
‘be wise and your growing confidence in your ability,
to discern and critically consider your experiences
and your heart for teaching. Thrilled to hear the
references that particularly stood out and influenced
you, and as you continue grow your Biblical
knowledge and understanding, as well as draw from
your developing freedom and security that comes
from finding your confidence and place in Him,
snow God will use you powerfully
Such a worthwhile topic to investigate for your
collage and statement — Charlotte; ‘Child
‘Malnourishment in Schools’. So relevant to us as
teachers. Well done for using this opportunity to
ook into something you were aware of the need to
find out more about.
While being very aware that defining your
passionate creed &s HUGE and wil forever be a work
‘n progress... I am inspired by your complete
ownership of it_as you have captured the key‘ransformative and responsive.
* A well prepared, coherent and
accurate presentation that flows well
and is clearly articulated with an
appropriate use of presentation aids.
OVERALL COMMENT:
Charlotte, it has indeed been a pleasure to
get to know you a lttie more throughout this
year, 1 have continually appreciated your
dedication, your genuine heart and your
desire to keep growing in your relationship
‘with God and finding yourself in the process
of that. I am so pleased to hear that you
have arrived at the end of the year
‘convinced of your place and call to
while also looking further into
possibilities God has in store for
‘Much love, Cathryn xxx
~aspects important to you. T encourage you to keep
revisiting this in order for it to continue to represent
YOU the teacher, as you continue to grow and
develop. A useful and insightful look into the
‘metaphor of ‘baking a cake together’ to further fesh
‘out what your passion looks like in practice. You
‘have done some extremely useful thinking Charlotte
{and I encourage you to keep using this analogy as a
too! to work through your ever widening
understanding of learning and teaching.
The intentions for this assignment fs to thoughtfully
engage with the course content and how it can
enrich you personally as well as enhance your
relationship with God and with others, you have
‘indeed done this ~ I am encouraged to see that you
intend to do this even more intentionally next year
‘in your desire to spend time with God and His word
‘as you become more focussed on being prepared for
the highly responsible role of teacher. Appropriate
selfeevaluation of the course learning intentions is:
realy encouraging.
Your meta reflection presentation has been
summarised separately, but 1 do want to say thank
‘you for your commitment and dedication to this pio!
‘process this year. It has indeed been a joy working
with you. Please know that I will be cheering you on
next year as you step into the leadership roles you
‘have put your hand up for, know I am here to help
in any way Ican.

Summary of contribution & Peer Feedback
Charlotte Bayliss (9:22 - 9:43)
Mihi:
Under more stressful conditions than normal in terms of not having your mihi
with you Charlotte - so good on you! Even in the nervousness you did extremely
well. Can see you have worked to get the pronunciation accurate. Well done for
slowing down to do it justice and to honour the language.
Great proof of growth in terms of ordering your thoughts in your presentation,
and having them written down in front of you.
Relationship:
A theme word that has run through this year, a theme that is a gift, a desire that
God has placed in my heart... and that is RELATIONSHIP! This is the thing that all
the way through pipi keeps jumping out to me, and I can’t ignore it.
