This is a pretty vague question. Up to you Bob on if you want to answer this and how. One really
needs to think how the player would need this rule explained to him and how is the referee
supposed to call it?

Colin, what is your position on responding to TSN .... I personally think it would be good to keep this topic
moving forward .... I think the question is too general and needs to be broken down and looked at in
specific examples ... and it needs to go through the right process of Rules Committee/Gm Meetings ect. ... I
do believe we need to get "there" .... and a comment from me publicly might help that.

Dom,
I doubt Bob will have any part of this, but I'm asjing all managers and dozens of players.
I'm doing something on the concept of a penalty for hits to the head.
Players seem to be overwhelmingly in support of this, based on the 30+ I've surveyed.
Would you support a penalty for hits to the head?
