We both the parties do hereby make CONTRACT on the following terms and conditions :

First Party Obligations

The Institution Authority shall

prepare a routine to implement the Addition Class program of SEQAEP, keeping each

lesson of one hour duration

select students (maximum of forty prioritizing the weak in the subject and financially

poor) for ACs in Mathematics

motivate students and guardians towards AC program
cooperate with RT rendering all facilities for arrangement of ACs as per routine
disburse monthly the stipulated honorarium from the fund sanctioned by SEQAEP to
institutions bank account to the RT on verifying and calculating the no. of ACs actually

provide ACs not exceeding 90 per subject per grade per year.
Second Party Obligations

The RT shall

conduct ACs as per routine prepared by the Institution Authority

prepare lesson plans and make the lessons interesting and enjoyable to the pupils using

the Teacher and Student Books supplied by SEQAEP in respective subject.

act as a mentor to the Subject Teacher (ST) if the RT is an outsider (other than regular
teacher of the same institution)

maintain all records of ACs using a register

submit a monthly report to the First Party
Termination of Agreement:
Any of the parties may terminate the Agreement on 30 days prior notice to the other.
