    1 lemon
    4 cups sugar

    Method of preparation
    Place the egg whites in an electric mixer and beat at low speed until a fir
    m consistency (clear point in snow)
    Continue beating and add little by little sugar and lemon zest
    Pour the mixture into a covered way with parchment paper and bake in modera
    te oven (180 C), preheated, from 40 to 15 minutes
