She has consistently earned A’s and has shown incredible interest encouraging other students to take French classes. She is very disciplined and completes assignments on time and follows directions well. Valerie is well-rounded, excelling in both academic and extracurricular activities. She has taken many challenging classes including the Advanced Placement French Language and Culture class. She has equally been very committed to the following groups at Sanger High School: The French Club, Lits and Flicks, Apache Closet, Korean Drama Club, and the California Scholarship Federation. She has valuable experience working for the After School University in Fresno assuring student safety, helping to serve lunches and facilitating fun Fridays for 600 students. As a busy high school student, Valerie has proven that she is very responsible and organized. She relates well to both adults and her peers. She is a wonderful student to have in class. She often has a very creative way of looking at things. She is always ready to participate in classroom discussions. All of this has been wonderful preparation for her to complete her education at a four year university. It is my privilege to wholeheartedly recommend Valerie Trejo. I am impressed by her diligence, character and academic drive. She is an outstanding example of a great Sanger High School student.
