My daughter saazia has passed the examinations of class 2 nd from Indus
Public School, Kharar (Mark sheet is attached). As I had shifted from my old
residence in village Daun, Teh. Kharar to new residence at # 494, Village Kajheri,
Sector- 52, Chandigarh and residing there since from 10 th Aug, 2015. Now I want to
admit my daughter in the school nearby my residence as it is very difficult for me to
continue further study of my daughter in the previous school as it is very far from
my residence. I request you to admit my daughter Sazia in class 3 rd from this new
session.

residence in village Daun, Teh. Kharar to new residence at # 494, Village Kajheri,
Sector- 52, Chandigarh and residing there since from 10 th Aug, 2015. Now I want to
admit my son in the school nearby my residence as it is very difficult for me to
continue further study of my son in the previous school as it is very far from my
residence. I request you to admit my son Mohammad Sahil in class 7 th from this
