To Whom It May Concern:

It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of
Sierra LeBeau. I have known Sierra for the last 4 years as a volleyball
player and student. During the last four years I have seen her grow
from a quiet, young volleyball player into a spirited, dedicated, and
intelligent young woman.
As Sierras varsity volleyball coach, I have seen her dedication and
hard work in action on a daily basis on and off the court. Sierras work
ethic and success in the sport of volleyball is an example of her drive
and dedication. Because she has shown such a dedication to be
successful in her sport, I believe that the work ethic she displays in her
training will also carry over into her academics, career, and life. Sierra
always displays a positive attitude and her fiery spirit is contagious to
everyone who is around her. She holds high expectations for herself
and leads on the court by example. This attribute makes her a natural
leader and she has influenced many of her teammates over the years.
Not only has Sierra displayed leadership on the court as a volleyball
player, but off the court as well. She is a member of the ASB class at
Sanger High School and helps with rallies and community service.
During her off-season she volunteers as a practice player and
volunteer assistant coach for the boys volleyball team. She also does
this will maintaining an above 4.0 GPA. Sierra is also known for her
character and leadership amongst her teammates. Not only is she a
dedicated athlete, student, and leadership member; but she also cares
about giving back. She has volunteered every summer as a volleyball
coach during summer camps at Sanger High School and knows the
importance of teaching young girls the love of the sport and the
importance of hard work and dedication.
I am especially thankful that I have known Sierra for the last several
years because she is an outstanding person to coach, work with, and
be around. She truly has left her mark on our volleyball program at
Sanger High and I know she will continue to do so wherever she goes.
I highly recommend Sierra for any position that she is applying for.
