Dear Dean Diokno,

Good day! We are third students who intend to retake the course of
Succession on the Summer Term of A.Y. 2016-2017. This is mainly because we have
failed to pass the aforementioned subject when we took it on the 1 st term of
Academic year 2015-2016.
We were unable to complete the course successfully on our previous attempt
as some had personal hardships, family issues, and individual takes on the said
course, which affected our class performance.
We need the course as it will affect our law school career if we don't retake it.
We would like to be able to take the Civil Law Review in the first semester of A.Y.
2016-2017. To do so, we need to pass the Succession class this Summer term. We
plan to successfully complete the subject on our next attempt by focusing and
having the same as our top priority. We also intend to study in group by having
interactive discussions as our principal strategy. Lastly, we are also considering
tutoring options in case some find it still somehow difficult to digest.
