ABSTRACT
The present Guide has been prepared under Subproject 4 under the title Implementation of
innovation and clustering actions for the support of small enterprises of the Project Activities
for the enhancement of the role of innovation and cooperation in small enterprises in the
framework of the Operational Programme Human Resources Development 2007-2013.
The aim of this Guide is to provide information to SMEs regarding Intellectual Property
matters, in order to help them identify, register and exploit, within their business plan, of
relevant rights, increase the value of their assets, promote innovation and ensure their growth.
The Guide is divided into 12 chapters.
