8 hrs June 30 -MondayI spent today for getting all documents cleared and provision of relevant information to concerned HR person
named as Mohsin after all being done I have been given a memo letter (admitted to come in MTL for 42 days ) I
got that letter and gone for letter being signed by PA of Azhar Iqbal DGM (HRD). After all the procedures
being performed I got an ID named as HRD Intern.

7 hrs July 1 -TuesdayI have been given introductory session along with other intern fellows which I would mention in my internship
report.

July 1 - WednesdayMillat Tractors Limited I was asked to mark my attendance in attendance

register after getting this thing done I was asked to go to marketing division and asked to present
the Memo Letter issued in my name to the concerned person in Marketing division. And he given
me following assignment

And asked me to visit marketing research person named Muhsin for further details about this
research topic.
