Export Hose End inspection procedure without using Mooring Winch

Part 1: Hose transfer to Stbd Main Deck by STV Romic Tide

Pass the export hose to Romic Tide from FSO Stbd quarter

Heave up the export hose pick up rope by Romic Tides mooring roller form Romic
Tide Port quarter

Romic Tide will secure the export hose by using the Tugger Winch

Pick up chain on Romic Tide and secured by Tugger Winch

FSO to lower the deck crane hook attached with 10 Ton x 6 meter Web Sling

Romic Tide will connect the web sling into export hose pick up ring

As soon as pick up ring is connected to the deck crane FSO crane will start taking the
weight

Romic Tide crew will slack easy the pick- up rope

FSO crew will pick up the rope (8 x 100 Meter) by hand on to FSO main deck

FSO will lift the export hose end on the Main deck and secure

Stand down Romic Tide for a while

To carry out export hose end inspection as required

Soon after completion of export hose end inspection call Romic Tide to transfer
export hose

Part 2 : Transfer Export Hose to Normal Stowage Position

Romic Tide will return alongside to position and pass pick up mooring line to Romic
Tide

FSO deck crane will lower the hose end into the sea

Pass pick up line to Romic Tide with hose end on Romic Tide deck near stern roller

Heave up the export hose pick up rope by Romic Tides mooring roller form Romic
Tide Port quarter

Romic Tide will secure the export hose by using the Tugger Winch

Pick up chain on Romic Tide and secured by Tugger Winch

Once export hose is secured Romic tide crew will disconnect the web sling from pick
up ring

FSO deck crane will finally pass and clear from the export hose

Romic Tide will pay out pick up rope appropriate distance about 10 meter to 20
meter depending on the prevailing weather condition

Romic Tide will manoeuvring the vessel and turn around to FSO Stbd quarter

FSO crew will receive the pick-up line and relocate the export hose to FSO normal
stowage position at Stbd quarter
