Medical Requirements are based on Total Relevant Sum Assured (TRSA)

Moderate Sum Assured - HIV 1 & II, HBsAg (if HBsAg is reactive, to do LFT, ALP and HBeAg)
Diabetes Mellitus** - Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS), HbA1c
Large Amount Profile
- Full Blood Count, Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS)**, HbA1c, Urea, Creatinine, Uric Acid,
Lipid Profile (LP)**, Liver Function Test (LFT), GGT, VDRL, HIV I & II
(If VDRL is positive, to do TPHA; If HBsAg is reactive, to do HBeAg; If Bilirublin is high, to do
Direct & Indirect Bilirubin.)
