2 c.

Mozzarella or cheddar cheese, shredded (you can also add a little parmesan
cheese if you have it on hand)
Parsley, dried or fresh and chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


In a large bowl, mix together cooked pasta, sauce and 1 c. of the shredded cheese.
Place pasta mixture into baking dish and cover with lid or aluminum foil. Bake for
30-35 minutes.
Take dish out of the oven and remove cover, top with remaining 1 c. of shredded
cheese and sprinkle with parsley. Bake for another 8-10 minutes.
Makes 4-6 servings. This recipe can be double easily and cooked in a 10x13 baking
pan. You can also add lb cooked drained hamburger meat

OATMEAL COOKIES
1 1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. oats (uncooked)
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and spices; add to butter

mixture, mixing well. Stir in oats. Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto ungreased
cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 9 minutes for a chewy cookie. Bake 10 to 11 minutes for a
crisp cookie. Cool 1 minute on
