SKS foam FIELD TRIP PERMISSION FORM hereby give permission for to attend the Farmville Tour Guides Field Trip on Thursday, April 21*, 2016, ‘Students will leave from the upper parking lot at Turner Ashby High School at 6:45 AM and will return by 7:30 PM. Students should dress professionally and bring a light jacket ‘or umbrella in case of rain. Lunch will be provided. Students will be subject to all applicable school and county regulations during the trip.
